Do you deliver outside Port Harcourt?
Yes. JBecs serves Port Harcourt, Rivers State, South South and South East Nigeria, with delivery available nationwide. Delivery is coordinated through third-party logistics. Customers pay delivery charges, which depend on destination and the size and type of materials.
Can you supply and install together?
Yes. JBecs has its own installation capability. Supply and installation can be quoted together where appropriate. Installation is priced according to your product and project; it is not automatically included free of charge.
How do I get a quotation?
Share the product or service you need, your project location, project type and any available dimensions or drawings. Our online form prepares these details for you to send through WhatsApp or email. You can also call the team directly.
Can I request a custom size or design?
JBecs offers sheet processing and custom aluminium fabrication according to project requirements. Measurements, design options and feasibility are discussed before the quotation is agreed.
How long will production take?
Timelines vary with product, quantity, scope, season, weather and project requirements. Your expected timeline is confirmed per project. There is no single turnaround time for every order.
Are warranties available?
Warranty options are available on qualifying roofing and window products. Terms vary by product and project. Contact JBecs for coverage, conditions and claims details before ordering.
Can I share drawings or building photographs?
Yes. You can select PDF, JPG or PNG files while preparing your online request, up to three files and 5 MB per file. They are checked in your browser but not uploaded, saved or forwarded by this website. Attach them yourself when you send your prepared request by email or WhatsApp.
Do you work with contractors and developers?
Yes. JBecs works with homeowners, architects, engineers, builders, contractors, developers, businesses and institutional clients. Share the scope of your project so the team can discuss the relevant products and services.
Why are prices not shown online?
Quotations depend on measurements, product options, quantity, fabrication, delivery and installation requirements. A project quotation makes those costs and inclusions clear before you proceed.
